Dear Female Parental Unit, I am quite glad that football Sundays are over, because laying in your lap this season was not nearly as much fun as it was last season. Where did you go? Your lap seems to be smaller, your tummy is gone all together. Wherever is a cute little kitty like me supposed to cuddle? I tried that male human’s lap, but he’s not the same as you. You’re too skinny. There’s just no lap for me anymore. I’m protesting. You’ll find me splitting time between the male human’s lap and your robe, when you are lazy enough to leave it on the bed for me. Be sure to pet me every so often or I will be even more irritated and leave little presents in various places for you to step in and clean up. Sincerely, Your Beloved Kitty
