It's all about managing the numbers!

Remember that client that wasn’t losing weight and got excited after a month of staying the same, because he’d never been able to do that? Well, after a few successful weeks of ½ pound losses we’re becoming even more successful – going for an evening walk with the spouse every night, giving them a little ‘quiet time’ and also some calorie burn time. We lost 2 pounds at the last weigh-in! My tip of the week, I’ve already suggested that you take the long way to the restroom at the office….how about using the restroom on another floor? Walk down two flights of stairs to use the restroom on another floor, giving you a great little cardio opportunity to get some extra calorie burn AND some ‘you’ time away from your desk – without having to take too much time away.
