Sleep is an important part of a healthy lifestyle.

I've got a client that was having a hard time meeting his Target Burn number every day, so instead found himself eating less each day to try to keep up with his deficit. I suggested an herbal sleep supplement, one made by a pharmaceutical company that we've researched, and he's been sleeping like a baby for three nights now. And with each night of increased sleep, he's been able get more activity in the following day. I expect after a week of this improved sleep, he'll be able to get his burn up to his Target Number, which means se can increase his Calories Consumed, too! It's playoff Sunday and Scott and I are sitting enjoying our munchies and comfy chairs. . . . During commercials, I'm standing and walking in place or dashing up and down the steps to do laundry to help to make up for some of the calories that I'm wasting just sitting on my duff while I watch the games.
