Calorie Management w/o a Gym - Now's my chance to prove it!
So – the gym’s closed. Now what?
We still love and support and plan to sell our fabulous calorie management system. It is truly the most intelligent and best to work WITH your lifestyle. We’re not asking you to sign on to a specific diet, purchase special foods, go to a special store. And we’re most certainly not going to ask that you join a gym . . . And now we can prove that it can be done without a gym.
It’s all about calories in verses calories out. You monitor what you eat, recording your incoming calories, and our system helps you monitor the calories that you burn. You want cookies after dinner tonight or beers after work? You know how many calories are in that cookie or beer, and you know what it takes to earn that burn. Cleaning the kitchen floor has been a fabulous calorie burn for me – grocery shopping, loading and unloading the car also a great burn. Problem is that it doesn’t take very long to do those chores, so we need to find a way to fit a bit more activity in to be able to earn the big lunches and dinners that we’ve become accustomed to.
Now’s my opportunity to prove to people that they don’t have to belong to a gym, that they can manage weight loss or weight maintenance simply by monitoring the numbers and knowing where you stand every day. Problem is, how do I introduce this idea to people now that I don’t have the gym.
I’ve been a BNI Member for nearly two years now and while I didn’t find it the best venue for gym members I certainly find that it’s a great venue for this calorie management system. I have three Members in my small chapter that are successful clients – without belonging to a gym. I just need to reach out to more people. Now that I have the “intimidating gym” off of my name tag, I think that the sales may come easier. Quite often people would poo-poo me because I was tied into a gym, and who wants to go to a GYM?? (after 3.5 years of trying to find members, I’ve learned that no one wants to belong to a gym – believe me) SO, now I introduce the subject of calorie management and take away the scary thought of a gym . . . . .
So, that’s where I am right now. Trying to get off of the emotional rollercoaster at the end of my gym venture and move onward and upward. . . .
It’s your life – only better. I promise!

I'm living proof that "no gym necessary" and the calorie management system WORKS!! Since starting this system with Sharron and Scott on September 8th, I've lost 42 pounds! My goal? I was hoping and praying to lose 15-20. I did it without a gym. I hate gyms. I hate the cute people in their cute clothes. I did it with this system which pretty much was small lifestyle changes and monitoring. I cannot tell you how easy it was!
