Maintaining my weight without the gym - NO PROBLEM!

It's been about 6 weeks since we closed the gym, so no gym activities at all. And I'm still maintaining my weight. A pound here or there, but all-in-all I'm around 144 or 144.5 every week - without going to a gym. All because of the bodybugg™ and my being able to monitor both my incoming calories and my calorie burn. On active days I'm able to eat more (because I burn more). On inactive days, I watch my number and eat a little less (because I'm burning less calories). What a great tool - especially with all the stress of closing the gym. Stress leads us to eating, cold weather leads us to eating. . . combine the two (like we had in February) and eating is about all you want to do! We've started to get our personal lives back on track and are getting back in to sales and being active with our Personal Training and Fit Pro Consulting, again. I sold two bodybugg™ Limited Support programs this week and I’m excited to help these ladies reach their goals – safe, fun, and continuing to eat what they want to eat. As a part of ‘getting our personal lives back on track’, Scott’s taken on a full time job near Patuxent Naval Air Station. So that means we’re moving. I’m really glad to be taking another step towards getting on with our lives. Now that our new home location is picked out, I can work on finding a part time job to help pay bills – while concentrating on building our bodybugg™ client base, and my Mary Kay client base. New is always fun and exciting! The movers actually just finished packing us, and come on Monday to move everything to the new house. Onward and Upward!(and GO GEORGETOWN!!!)Yours in Health, Wellness, and Beauty, Sharron
