Whew - it's been a while!

It's been a while since I blogged. Scott and I have been pretty busy and stressed out the past two weeks. We closed the gym, our last day was February 14th. Since then we've been madly trying to sell equipment and settle things so that we could turn the keys in and move on. While we closed the gym because it wasn't self-supportive, we now find ourselves in an opportunity to prove that this thing is NOT about going to the gym. It's all about monitoring your calories as you eat, then monitoring the calories as you burn them. Then comparing the two numbers and using them to help you meet your weight management goals. The past two stressful weeks have definitely proved just that – I gained a pound the first week, because I wasn’t monitoring my numbers. As soon as I put myself back on track and started inputting my food on to my web page, I was fine. Able to maintain my weight that second stressful week. Now cleaning up the old gym is over and we can get on with our life and we can decide what we want to be when we grow up – and this fabulous calorie management program will definitely be a part of it.
