Taken from USA.gov, this page tells us the most popular New Year’s Resolutions.  Number 1 – you guessed it Lose Weight!!

Increased daily activity can help with a number of the items on this list . . I’m not suggesting that you go join a gym, just suggesting increased physical activity.  Inactive now?? Walk 30 minutes a day, or two times a day at 15 minutes each….  You’ll feel better, you’ll become more energized – I guarantee it!!

 

 

Only a couple days of 2007 remaining, make the most of them and get started on your plans for your 2008 Resolutions!
