Happy Derby Day!
I don’t recall updating my weight this week – I weight in at 149! Yeah me.
Today is my new friend’s annual Cinco de Mayo party (yes, it’s held on Tres de Mayo this year). Evidently it’s quite the shindig, they fly food in and have all sorts of beverage choices… jet skis, water trampoline…. All sorts of things.
I worked hard this week to ensure that I was had at least a 650 calorie deficit a day (burned 650 calories more then I ate every day) to help me earn my food and beer for the day. I’m off to go for a walk before I head out to the party, so that I make sure I burn my calories for TODAY (otherwise all I did all week was burn my calories to make up for sitting on my butt all day).
