It’s another beautiful Monday in paradise.
I’m getting ready to head out to the gym and thought I’d update you on my own personal bodybugg program. I’m heading out of town this weekend to be with my Dad and help him mend his first week home after having had a portion of his lung removed (his operation is today, my sister’s with him through the week then I head in this weekend). Because I know it’s harder to get to the gym and watch your diet when you’re out of town, I put myself on a one pound weight loss program before I go. I’m confident that I’ll get there, I’ve done so well that I may even make it down 1.5 pounds… which is helpful, because if Dad’s up to it he’d rather eat out then anything else.
Another great thing about the bodybugg, you can plan ahead for things that you KNOW will cause you to lose track of your diet! Have a great week!
