I was working on the blog for the next week or so and realized that I haven’t updated my personal weight.
I’m at 145, which is my latest goal. I added some fiber to my diet and am quite pleased with where I am. I’m enjoying our bakery/café down the street, so not stressing too much about my weight. Of course, I’m stil monitoring my calories burned and consumed every day to ensure that my weight doesn’t creep back up…
I love this program. Just turned another person on to it this morning and mailed her Armband out. While she waits for its arrival, she’s going to begin keeping track of her incoming calories (which is the hardest part of this program, getting in to the habit of reading labels).
