Calcium-Rich foods and their tie in to weight loss

Q – Will eating more calcium-rich foods or taking calcium supplements increase my rate of fat loss?

A – There is probably no direct relationship.  The main reason calcium is being talked about for fat loss is that it is commonly low in diets.

(a note from Sharron – I have also noticed that increasing milk consumption is a positive because it helps to fill me up, but a negative because it is high in calories)
