It’s been a while since I’ve taken you out to this website, so I thought I’d do it again. A few years ago, the government introduced a new Food Pyramid. They have a great website and update it regularly… one day I was at the airport and met the gentlemen heading it up. I told him that we LOVED this website and took our clients our to it often. Totally worth a little of your time.
