Healthy Eating for your December holiday parties!

This turkey recipe serves 10 and is low in sodium, about 5 ounces of light and dark meat is 247 calories.  Keep those main dish calories low, then you’ve got room in your calorie ‘bank’ for desserts and some of your other favorite high calorie goodies!!
