This week I lost that half pound that I gained a week ago - back down to 136.5. Only 1.5 pounds more to hit my goal of 135!
My plan is to keep my food as-is and make sure and get cardio in every day. Yesterday's was a fabulous walk on the Heritage Trail along Route 1. There's always so much to look at crossing those bridges - nurse sharks, conch, cranes...That helps to keep you motivated.
