I blew this week

Okay, I totally blew this week - I weighed in at 137 this morning.  I'll admit that I'm not the least bit surprised. My excuse is that the workplace has had some SERIOUS mold issues for 3 months now and they've finally taken the walls down to remove the mold and rebuild the bathrooms, break room, and drive through area.  Last week's smell was awful and I ate to help keep my tummy in check - so between that and the lifesavers to try to get the taste out of my mouth I didn't fare well balancing my incoming and outgoing calories.
I have four weeks until Fantasy Fest, I'm not worried.  I've promised myself that I'll get in at least 30 minutes of cardio a day, instead of only getting cardio in 3 times a week.  I also noticed that my energy level has been down the past couple of weeks during the construction.  The increase in my cardio will help to boost my energy level as well as boost my calorie burn.
Thank heaven's for my bodybugg.
