today's update

Made it to the gym again today - got a good 45 minutes of cross-trainer cardio in and free weights for the arms.  Decent day of eating, even though I went out for pizza at lunch (Greek pizza, all veggies and cheese - stopped at 2 slices).  My time in the gym certainly helped to balance out those added lunch time calories!
