It's fall - so the flu season is officially upon us. There is SO much information out there and everyone has their opinion. And all of those people expect you to listen to each of those opinions. So where do you turn to ensure you're getting good information? The Center for Disease Control has a great website to help you sort through all of the fact and urban legend:
Take some time and browse through it. It's probably a good website to keep bookmarked - just in case. You never know when you may need to run back to it.
