Happy Thanksgiving!

Well, it's Thanksgiving.  Time to start the thirty-some days of eating.  Try to keep your portions small.  It's the taste of the food that you crave, not the amount of food.  Put everything on one plate, it will keep you from juggling two and also help you keep your portions small.  You can always go back for seconds if you're still hungry.
I won't even bother to spoil the day with the stats behind how many calories the average American gains during the holidays.
Keep in mind that there are quite a few opportunities to eat during the next few weeks, so pace yourself!
