I love the focus of this article!

Loving your body is the first step to a more fit life. Take a look at this great article and some of the comments. My list would start with my eyes because they are just like my grandfathers (and most of the women in my family), my arms because they really are pretty awesome - I even love my chicken wrists, and my feet because no matter what they have always gotten me where I need to go - including helping me keep fit!
