trying to decide on dinner tonight?

Trying to decide what to make for dinner tonight?  Try some Vegetarian Kabobs Both low calorie AND healthy!
Are you like me and enjoy your meat?  3 ounces of chicken breast (roasted without skin) is only about 150 calories more.
Don't forget to measure/weigh the food, it's the only way to accurately count those calories!
