Stress and the Holidays

Another great article from the MayoClinic.com's newsletter.  A great reminder to us that we all have to deal with stress during the holidays and tips for helping you cope.  I think that the two most important things to remember is to learn how to say no and trying to be realistic.  Sometimes we put way too much pressure on ourselves to make these times 'perfect'.  Perfect is near-to-impossible and only important to us.  Not the point of the holiday season at all.
It's not a long article and certainly worth a read for each of us - maybe twice during the holiday season!
