It's the time of year that people start to make resolutions and quite often people have 'work out' or 'lose weight' on their list!
Keep in mind that it takes time to start a new habit. That and if it's been a while, you don't want to just jump right and start expecting to be at the same fitness level that you were last time. Muscle has memory, but it's not instant.
