There are some great Sugar comparisons here.... keep in mind as you read this, when he gives you that 4 piece of pie comparison that is comparing the amount of SUGAR in the beverage. Not the number of calories. Your calorie intake for 4 pieces of pie will be greater than that of the beverage that he's refering to!
