While I don't support the title of the article – lowering your calorie intake below that of your daily calorie burn is what causes you to lose weight – this article is a great example of why carbs really aren't bad for you.

One of the article's comments questions what foods are high in resistant starch, according to WebMD – Resistance Starch is starch in plant cell walls naturally found in unripened bananas, oatmeal, and legumes. Also extracted and added to processed foods to increase fiber.
