Six-Pack Abs

6 Moves to Six-Pack Abs

A great article on Yahoo. My only reminder is that FORM IS IMPORTANT. If you are not using proper form, you could hurt yourself. Do them in front of a mirror so that you can watch yourself, or with a friend. You and your friend can take turns watching each other's forms!

The article does remind you that if you feel your form slipping that you stop doing that exercise and move on to another one.

Carbs aren't as bad as people make them out to be

While I don't support the title of the article – lowering your calorie intake below that of your daily calorie burn is what causes you to lose weight – this article is a great example of why carbs really aren't bad for you.

8 Reasons Carbs Help You Lose Weight

One of the article's comments questions what foods are high in resistant starch, according to WebMD – Resistance Starch is starch in plant cell walls naturally found in unripened bananas, oatmeal, and legumes. Also extracted and added to processed foods to increase fiber.
