Dieting Myth #3 – When dieting, you can’t have sugar, fat or alcohol
Myth Busted Your diet plan should not be bland, or you will grow tired of it. Your diet should be tasty, follow nutritional guidelines, and never omit a single food group. To prevent from getting bored, allow yourself a cheat meal, including dessert. The big thing to remember about dieting is calories. It’s all about calories in verses calories out.
