Valentine's Day Reminder

A quick reminder to all of those of you that really pay no attention to the calendar… FIRST, today is Friday the 13th.

That said – that makes tomorrow VALENTINE’S DAY!!!  Don’t forget to stop and pick up some flowers on your way home tonight… YES, TONIGHT.  Think about her surprise when she gets them a day early.

Flower choices?  Roses are always a great choice, but they are SO much more expensive this time of year and really don’t last that long.  Let the florist make an arrangement of their choice, they always do better when you give them license to do whatever…. Lilys generally smell nice, even those ground in greenhouses, and Gerber Daisys are always a great choice big luscious color and they last a while, too!

Valentine's Day is Saturday

Okay, I’ll be the first to admit it – I LOVE CHOCOLATE.  Whew.  There.  I’ve said, it’s out there now.

So what’s a girl (or guy) to do when your loved one brings home a giant heart shaped box of yummy chocolate covering all sorts of goodies (hey – you cover it in chocolate and it is TASTEY!)??? Well, I just keep track of the number that I eat and the total calories that they are worth, I update my webpage with that information and then I make sure that I have burned enough calories to have earned all of those little chocolate drops from heaven.
