Weigh-In update

Happy Memorial Day Weekend!
I just realized that I didn't update you with my weigh-in this week.  I maintained my weight at 146.5 pounds.

I wasn't planning on any changes, I started keeping ice cream and brownies around the house – so I'm totally content with my number.

As for this weekend, Scott finally made it down to join me… only for the weekend, though.  So, I'm having a long  weekend of not stressing about my weight or even tracking my incoming calories.  I'm just happy to have him here and share our new home in Paradise with him.

We're getting some activity in and I'm not eaten too much – it's all about the quality of food that we crave, it's not the QUANTITY that we crave!!!

my weekly weigh-in

Happy Wednesday!
Reporting in on yesterday’s weekly weigh-in – 146.5!
I’m feeling great.  I think I’ll go until 145 or 143 and see what I think…. I figure that by the time Scott finally joins me in the Keys I’ll be back down to where I want to be and then will just put myself on ‘maintenance’.  He makes it SO very hard for me to lose any weight.  He wants to go out and do, and has the room for SO many more calories then I do.

It is so easy to keep up with his food intake, yet I absolutely cannot if I want to maintain any sort of girlie figure at all….

my week'y weigh-in

Happy Tuesday!
I weighed in at 148.5 this morning – ½ pound lost this week.  I don’t think that’s too bad, especially since I had a great party to go to on Saturday…and I did a pretty darne
d good job of consuming beer and brownies both that day, not to mention a few soft tacos!

Now I’m sitting around waiting for the dryer repairman to come fix the dryer that I’ve had for less then a month….. I’m on the 12 – 5 time slot…

my personal BB update

Happy Derby Day!
I don’t recall updating my weight this week – I weight in at 149!  Yeah me.

Today is my new friend’s annual Cinco de Mayo party (yes, it’s held on Tres de Mayo this year).  Evidently it’s quite the shindig, they fly food in and have all sorts of beverage choices… jet skis, water trampoline…. All sorts of things.

I worked hard this week to ensure that I was had at least a 650 calorie deficit a day (burned 650 calories more then I ate every day) to help me earn my food and beer for the day.  I’m off to go for a walk before I head out to the party, so that I make sure I burn my calories for TODAY (otherwise all I did all week was burn my calories to make up for sitting on my butt all day).
