healthy recipes

Another thing I like about my MayoClinic.com newsletters is their healthy recipes.  Here’s one for a tasty Strawberry Banana Milkshake http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/healthy-recipes/NU00444

It’s 175 calories as written, so you don’t want to eat this with a big meal.  This should be considered an in-between meal snack.  Put a scoop of protein in it and you’ll have a great meal replacement!

(ps – if you’re like me and you don’t care for soy milk, ½ cup of Fat Free Milk has about 4 less calories)
