So I actually had a Saturday that I remembered to weigh-in... I'm at 135.5. Right on track to be at 135 next week. Thanks to my little buddy the bodybugg.
And kudos to me for going out on Duval last night and drinking NO alcohol. Had diet soda and water last night. I went to dinner last night totally feeling the vibe that I was on-track and where I wanted to be - I'm sure that helped my motivation for holding out on the adult beverages. I ate well, though, don't get me wrong - grilled dolphinfish and french fries. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, FRENCH FRIES! I ate a good lunch and made sure that I was within my caloric intake for the day and loved every single french fry that I ate (I finished most of them, was feeling kind of full near the end so left probably 10 on my plate).
