With some major food-eating holidays approaching, I thought it might be a great time to remind everyone that it is NOT the quantity of food that we crave, but the quality. It's okay to enjoy your favorite goodies during the holidays, but do so in moderation.

The more you 'cheat' the more activity you'll want to participate in. May be time to break out the football and challenge your loved ones!
