Myth Busted Fat is an important part of a well-balanced diet. It’s a concentrated source of energy. It helps to circulate vitamins through the bloodstream, to be absorbed by the body. Fat also contains essential fatty acids (Omega 3, Omega 6).Generally speaking, 35% of your daily calories should come from fat.
