SO, you didn't start today
SO.... it's January the 2nd and you had today off from work (since the holiday fell on a Sunday). Yet you still didn't manage to start moving more and eating less.
That's okay. You can start right now. Why do we wait until a 'first' to start things? There's no reason to wait until Monday or wait until the 1st of the month or the year.
Get up, grab your MP3 player and go for a little 30 minute walk. Too cold/snowy/rainy? Pick up your phone and call your best friend and walk in place for 30 minutes!
